Spanish: Comencé mi viaje de idiomas con el español. Empecé aprender cuando estaba en la secundaria. En total he estado en cuatro diferentes clases durante tres años. Luego de aprender español decidí explorar otros idiomas latinos.
Italian: Dopo, ho studiato Italiano per un semestre. È stato facile da imparare perché l’italiano e simile a lo spagnolo. Ma, io confusi le parole del spagnole con le parole del italiane. Per esempio, io dissi “professora” invece di “professoressa”.
French: Après un semestre d'italien, j’ai étudiée le français pendant un semestre. Je trouve le français plus difficiles que l’italien ou l’espagnol. De plus l'accent était difficile à apprendre.
English: Language is one of the major ways that we communicate. The words themselve hold so much meaning and can deepen understanding about a culture.

Tagalog: Hello everyone. My name is Ashley Colocado Garcia. Thank you for taking the time to look through my eportfolio.
Spanish: I started my language journey with Spanish. I started learning Spanish when I was in middle school. Altogether, I have been in 4 different classes over 3 years. After learning Spanish, I decided to explore other Latin-based languages.
Italian: Next, I studied Italian for one semester. It was easy to learn because Italian is similar to Spanish. But, I mixed up words in Spanish for words in Italian. For example, I said “My female professor” in Spanish instead of Italian.
French: After one semester of Italian, I studied French for one semester. I find French harder than Italian or Spanish. Also, the accent was hard to learn.
